Personal Licence
Applications for a personal licence in Scotland are normally made to the Licensing Board where the applicant resides. As well as completing the application forms, an applicant must:
· submit 2 photos, appropriately endorsed,
· certificate of a government approved licensing qualification such as the BIIAB SCPLH

Premises Licence
Applications are made to your local licensing board. You must be 18 years or older to make the application which must include
•a description of the premises
•an operating plan
• a layout plan of the premises
•certificates for planning, building standards and, if relevant, food hygiene.
